We have developed a charter for all associations that join our community
to
ensure that they respect the values and practices consistent with our commitments.
Organisations must ensure transparent and accountable use of funds raised through our platform and commit to keeping donors informed about the progress of their projects.
Associations must respect the laws in force in their country and in the countries where they operate. They must also act in a responsible and ethical manner at all times.
Organisations must commit to not discriminate against people on the basis of their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age or ethnic origin.
Associations must guarantee the protection of the personal data of the users of the platform, in accordance with the legislation in force.
Associations shall respect the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyright and image rights.
Associations must publish quality content, including regular updates on ongoing projects, to engage donors and keep them informed. In addition, any private content published on Waoh must be exclusive and must not be available on other platforms.
By adopting this charter, organisations commit to using our platform responsibly and to working with us to build a community of solidarity and dedication to humanitarian action.
We reserve the right to remove from our platform any association that does not respect our charter.
